White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters – Easy No-Bake Treat

These White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters are a delightful combination of creamy white chocolate, tart cranberries, and crunchy pecans. They’re not only incredibly easy to make but also make for the perfect festive snack or gift during the holiday season. Each bite offers a burst of sweet and tangy flavor, complemented by the rich, nutty texture of the pecans.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup pecan halves

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt


Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
  • Gently fold in the dried cranberries and pecan halves, making sure they’re evenly coated with the melted white chocolate.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, creating clusters.
  • Let the clusters cool and harden at room temperature for about 1–2 hours or refrigerate for 30 minutes for quicker results.
