Ingredients
1 cup (150g) frozen blueberries
1 small banana (or ½ frozen banana for extra creaminess)
½ cup (120ml) milk (almond, oat, or dairy)
½ cup (120g) Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
A handful of spinach (for extra nutrients, optional)
½ cup ice cubes (if using fresh blueberries)
Instructions
Blend It Up: In a blender, combine all ingredients.
