Ingredients

Scale

1 cup (150g) frozen blueberries

1 small banana (or ½ frozen banana for extra creaminess)

½ cup (120ml) milk (almond, oat, or dairy)

½ cup (120g) Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

A handful of spinach (for extra nutrients, optional)

½ cup ice cubes (if using fresh blueberries)


Instructions

1️⃣ Blend It Up: In a blender, combine all ingredients.
2️⃣ Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until creamy.
3️⃣ Adjust Consistency: If too thick, add more milk; if too thin, add ice.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy: Pour into a glass, top with extra blueberries, and sip!
