Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is the perfect quick-fix dessert when you’re craving something sweet and creamy.
Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional for topping)
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Layer the strawberry filling: Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Make the cheesecake layer: In a medium bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and creamy. Pour this mixture over the strawberry filling, spreading it out evenly.
Add the cake mix: Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the cheesecake mixture, making sure it covers the entire surface.
Finish with butter: Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top of the cake mix. If desired, sprinkle cinnamon over the top for an extra touch of flavor.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cake is cooked through.
Let the cake cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence!
