1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined, then press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat until well combined and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until incorporated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Spoon the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly across the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
