Ingredients

1 cup lettuce leaves (such as romaine, spinach, or mixed greens)
Optional: sliced avocado or additional toppings (like feta cheese or sliced apples)
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Salad:
- Combine Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, celery, and red onion.
- Mix Dressing:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine Chicken and Dressing:
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is well coated. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assemble the Wraps:

Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
